She was just so easy, friendly, informative and professional, and due to her outstanding customer service, I felt I would not be disappointed with my purchase. I ordered x 2 plaited leather chokers. I was very happy with the turnaround time, the presentation of the items with packaging, and the overall customer experience throughout every stage of the purchase. The chokers are lovely, I wear one permanently and sent the other to a girlfriend in USA.
Around 18 months ago, I purchased from the opposition. The two places cannot be compared, particularly with customer service.
